26th January 2025, 5:46pm: DTW-203 এর সাইট ভিজিট করে K5X এবং K7X রিলেতে সমস্যা পরিলক্ষিত হয়েছে। রিলে গুলোর উপরে এক ধরনের বার্নিশ জমে গেছে। তা পরিষ্কার করা হয়েছে। K5X এবং K7X রিলে LX1 এবং LX2 এর স্থানে এন্টার চেন্জ করা হয়েছে। ম্যাগনেটিক কন্টাক্টরের হালকা কার্বন পরিষ্কার করা হয়েছে। পাম্প SCADA থেকে ২০-২৫ মিনিট রান করে অবজারভেশন করা হয়েছে। কোন সমস্যা পাওয়া যায়নি। SCADA টিমকে অবজারভেশনে রাখতে বলা হয়েছে। কোন সমস্যা হলে পাম্পি বন্ধ রাখতে বলা হয়েছে। আগামীকাল নতুন রিলে লাগানো যেতে পারে। সিরিয়াল কমিউনিকেশন স্বাভাবিক দেখা গেছে। একটি PWP panel এর এডজাস্ট ফ্যানে সমস্যা পরিলক্ষিত হয়েছে। চেঞ্জ করার ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া যেতে পারে। -By: Md. DC Bus Voltage check- Not ok The DC bus may not be powering up, which could indicate a drive issue. Suggest to measure the DC bus voltage across PA+ and PC- terminals.  Expect to measure a value = line voltage x 1.414.
